Born and raised in Moscow, Russia, Anya has been deeply interested in art from a young age. She moved to Malta at 9 years old and started practicing art at home. She is currently a student and studying at sixth form whilst doing an A-level in art.
Illustrating is her favourite hobby. Through the creation of illustration, she finds freedom and explores the world of digital art. She is both an illustrator and a portrait artist. She focuses on drawing real-life people and/or fictional characters. Anya is inspired by the people around her. She likes sketching people on A4 and then digitally edits the drawing or constructs a new illustration inspired by what she has managed to structure.
