Gabriel Calleja other-wise known as “Alliance” is a Maltese based artist with an unquenchable thirst for comic books, anime and manga, games and other nerdy pastimes. A self-taught artist, he started sketching at a young age and continues to improve his illustration skills by participating in fun projects including articles and board games which require a quirky artistic flair.
He participated through the arduous Inktober challenge multiple times, and the fun loving pieces produced can be found on his Instagram @4_the_alliance. His latest focus includes character concept drawings for existing superheroes as well as original characters, to be featured in some upcoming stories.
Other interests include DMing for various Dungeon and Dragons groups, co-hosting game nights for his friends, slinging spells in Magic the Gathering and painting little plastic figurines for Warhammer, all of which continue to build on his artistic inspirations.
