Although most Superhero Comics nowadays are largely intended for an audience that is older than ten years of age (more often than not, more than teenagers), Shazam and the Monster Society of Evil by Jeff Smith is an enjoyable read literally for all audiences. It is by and large a tribute to the original stories by CC Beck and Bill Parker, completely embracing the absurd storytelling in concert with the very cartoonish art style to such a sweet degree that one cannot help to keep on reading, whatever age you are.
