Wicked Comics the voluntary crew behind the annual Malta Comic Con are proud to announce their next fun-filled activity, titled Wicked Treasure Hunt 2013 which will be held at l-Imdina on Friday the 10th of May 2013 at 9pm.
Wicked Comics have always been committed to coming up with creative ideas as a platform for our community to meet, have fun, share the good vibes and let out our inner geeks. So we hope to see you all at our next event: the Wicked Treasure Hunt 2013!
Participation will take place through competing groups having 3-4 people each. So we encourage those interested in participating to form a group and register their name. However those who cannot form a group need not worry we encourage you to contact us and we’ll assign one for you. One thing we can guarantee is that all people taking part will be wicked folk in the best sense of the word.
A pre-event meeting with all participants will be held on the eve of the game (Thursday 9th May 2013) at 7pm – St. James Cavalier, Valletta. The purpose of this meeting is to explain how the game will work, to give out the necessary handouts, an excuse to build further friendships and settle the payments. To make sure that the game starts on time, it is important that all participants attend this meeting so that everything is clear beforehand. If no one from a particular group attends this meeting that group will automatically be disqualified.
In a nutshell the game will work something like this: Each group will be given a sealed envelope containing 18 multiple choice questions, for which all correct answers will be found along Imdina. Thus no particular knowledge is required. When the Game Master starts the game participants will open the envelope and will start hunting the answers. When all the answers are obtained the group leader will send a text message containing all the answers to the Game Master. The group that sends the first message received before 12.00am containing the most correct answers will win the game and a most wicked prize!
Participation Fee is just €5 per person.
Wicked Comics also encourages the more adventures types to come and play the game in costume!
