Having the pleasure to meet, talk, and dine with Warren Pleece at the last Malta Comic con, I was eager to see his latest work in this tpb. Warren has really improved in this graphic novel. The clean artwork reminded me of ex-X-men artist Paul Smith but Warren still managed to maintain his distinctive trademark. I have never read anything by the authors, Jessica Abel and Gabriel Soria, but they give us a story of relationships and vampirism in the modern world that is quite simple but keeps you hooked to the last page. It is much better than other mediums that try to mix romance and vampires. Should have read it before so he could have signed my copy of this graphic novel! Aaarrgggh!
