Hi! I’m Olha – the human behind the paintbrush 🖌️✨
Born in Ukraine in 1991, I’ve been doodling since I could hold a pencil.
While other kids were climbing trees, I was probably drawing them. 🌳✏️
I studied Graphic Art and Illustration at the Ukrainian Academy of Printing — basically, I turned my childhood obsession into a full-time life path.
Then one day, I packed my pencils and moved to London to chase my artistic dreams.
(Also: tea. London has great tea. ☕)
In 2020, I wrote and illustrated my very first fairy tale — a dream come true!
Now I live in Malta — sunny, salty and absolutely inspiring — where I run my own art studio called Malta Art Events.
Here I share what I love with both kids and adults, helping people feel creative, free, and a little bit magical. ✨
I also work as a freelance illustrator and have created nearly 30 projects for children — from fairy tales to colouring books.
You might’ve seen my work at London’s House of Illustration book fair, Malta Comic Con, and in various private and public exhibitions.
🎨 My style? Playful. Heartfelt. Sometimes a little dreamy. Always very me.
And when I’m not drawing?
You’ll find me sipping coffee, snuggling my cat, watching anime, going for long walks (preferably at sunset), or sleeping in way too late on Sundays. ☕🐈⬛🌄😴
