Shauna Macdonald is a critically acclaimed and multi-award-winning actress. Her professional career began at age 17 in the 1999 film “The Debt Collector” alongside Billy Connolly. A 2002 graduate of The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Shauna worked professionally throughout her training, with roles in the feature film “Late Night Shopping”, “The Rocket Post”, the television show “Taggart”, and a production of “Victory” at The Edinburgh Royal Lyceum. In 2018, she received a BAFTA Scotland award for Best Actress in a Film for “White Chamber”. Shauna Macdonald is also well-known for her work in “The Descent”, “Spooks”, “Filth”, “Outlander”, “Shetland”, “Dangermouse”, and “The Scotts”, for which she won a Royal Television Award in 2023. She will be seen starring alongside James McAvoy in ‘MEANTIME’ on Sky in April 2027
