I am a Star Wars fan but to tell you the truth I rarely read any of the Star Wars comics or novels, to avoid diminishing the magic of the films. I have been hearing good reviews of the novels and the comic adaptations of the Timothy Zhan’s books for some time now so when Dark Horse comics issued this attractive hard cover collection I said why not give it a try. These comic adaptations of the novels really capture the concept and all the fun that the original trilogy had. As I guess everyone must have assumed that this is a trilogy sequel to the original with artwork by a different artist for each novel. Without revealing much we have a new enemy – Grand Admiral Thrawn, Han and Leia are married expecting twins and Luke is a Jedi master. I have a craving for the continuation of the Star Wars saga and until Mr. George Lucas decides to give us another film, these types of comics will have to satisfy me.
