John Stanisci is 30 year comic veteran whose work has appeared in DC, Marvel, IDW and now Heavy Metal Magazine. Last year, John’s worked on Batman #150 which was a top seller for the month of July. John had a story in Superman: Red and Blue which received an Eisner Nomination for Best Anthology. John was part of DC Comics, Batman Beyond: Hush Beyond which premiered at #1 on the New York Times bestseller list for graphic novels. Other characters include work on Spider Man, Batman, Catwoman, Vigilante, Superman, and many more.
Currently, John is THRILLED to be writing and drawing his own original ongoing series Gladiatrix for Heavy Metal Magazine. Outside of comics, John has just completed work on his debut sci fi novel Lifedeath (announcements coming soon!) and is currently working with Film/TV producers Zero Gravity Entertainment (Ozark on Netflix) on a new TV series and a feature film.
