Sarah Burrini is a freelance illustrator and cartoonist based in Germany. Her work includes comic strips for the German MAD magazine, variant covers for Rick and Morty, and collaborations with several German and international publishers (Dark Horse, Ahoy Comics, Bad Idea Comics).
She created the semi-autobiographical webcomic Life Ain’t No Pony Ranch, which won multiple awards, including the “Sondermann Award” at the Frankfurt Book Fair, and was later published by Panini Germany.
Since then, she has been publishing her superhero parody comic The Part-Time Adventures of Nerd Girl both online and in print.
As a webcomic pioneer, she is a frequent guest on panels, podcasts, and other media formats.
