Andy Frain

Andy Frain is the founder of anime distribution company Manga Entertainment and executive producer of the 1995 anime feature film, “Ghost in the Shell”, which director James Cameron called “the first truly adult animation film to reach a level of literary and visual excellence”. After leaving Manga Entertainment, Andy set up animation production company, Touchwood Animation, as well as CGI studios in London and Bucharest. Andy and the companies have worked on numerous films, tv series, commercials and music videos, including the award winning video for U2’s “Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me”, which was featured in “Batman Forever”. Andy is currently in pre- production on an adult, comedy drama animation series “Helter Skelter”, which satirises the music business.
