Lou Ferrigno (born November 9, 1951) is an American actor, fitness trainer, and retired professional bodybuilder. Rising to fame as The Incredible Hulk in the hit 1970s TV series, Ferrigno became a pop culture icon for his powerful physique and charismatic presence. Before his acting career, he was a champion bodybuilder, winning titles such as Mr. America and Mr. Universe. Over the years, he appeared in films, television shows, and documentaries, often connected to fitness and superhero culture. Beyond entertainment, Ferrigno has worked as a fitness consultant, motivational speaker, and even served as a reserve sheriff’s deputy, reflecting his lifelong dedication to strength and service.
